When will my order arrive?
Processing takes 1–2 business days and transit normally takes 4–6 business days after dispatch.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We accept eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.
How are refunds handled?
After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Bank posting can take longer.
