We accept returns for defective and non-defective items and we also accept exchanges. Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returned merchandise must be new; a non-defective item must be unused and in its original condition.
Returns are made by mail. A free prepaid return label is included in the package, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Email ocuxujud897@gmail.com before sending an item so we can match the parcel to the order.
After approval, we process and initiate a refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit. These terms do not limit rights provided by law.
